** While we can perform all of our services onsite, some services can take several hours to complete.  Our technician can explain to you more about the expected service time. In some cases it may be recommended to complete a short on-site visit to resolve critical issues and get the system online.  Once the system is able to connect to the internet, and if continued service is needed that may take an extended time, it may be recommended to complete the service remotely for lower cost to you and added convenience.

*** Remote service requires access to a high speed internet connection.  All costs of Internet connection service, required equipment, or other related costs are the sole responsability of the customer.  Service contract applies to qualified labor costs only.  In the event parts are needed for system repair, parts must be supplied and/or purchased by the customer.  Discounts do not apply to any 3rd party service(s), shipping, or parts.
