About 80% of computer services are software related. This means that if your computer has a connection to a high speed internet service, then we can most likely help you using our Remote Service.
Services can vary from a simple Tutorial service, to Printer troubleshooting or Virus Removal.
Even a PC Tune Up or Software updates.
Since service is performed online, you do NOT need to be in our local area. Anyone with internet access can simply call us during business hours to get started.
Using our secure Remote Service gives you the benefit of Flat Rate services similar to our In-Store services. See the In-Store Services tab for more information. Plus, you don't have to worry about being without your computer for an extended period. Most Remote Services can be completed the same day.
It is super easy to do and we will walk you through the process of connecting to us. Once connected, we just need you to answer a few basic questions and we'll take over from there. Leaving you free to do more important tasks.
What about security? We use a special technician service provided by LogMeIn. The connection is secured, and only our qualified technicians will have access to your system. Once the service is complete, we can not reconnect to your system without you allowing us back in.

We currently offer service within our local area around St. George and Cedar City Utah. All services require a 1 (one) hour minimum labor charge and there is NO travel fee within our normal travel areas. Please contact us for detailed information about the areas we travel. If you are outside of our travel area, we may offer service with an additional travel fee.
On-Site labor is billed at $65 per hour.

We will evaluate the information and determine the best options that will save you the most money. Many service requests can be completed remotely. Remote services can be performed online and are often billed at a flat rate instead of hourly. Saving you money. In some cases, a combination of both services can be the best. For situations that require a hands on approach, we can perform the required on-site service. Then, once we have finished those tasks, if additional services are needed, we may be able to complete them online remotely. Possibly saving you money by minimizing our hourly on-site service, and completing the more time consuming tasks online at a flat rate.
